Are the products easy to maintain?

From storage, to transport, setup, breakdown, and every point in between, each and every MEF design has been manufactured and road tested to guarantee a lasting product. Many of our items knock down in seconds without tools, have easily interchangeable parts and are offered with optional custom road cases. MEF provides each customer with an onboarding marketing package which includes product and event images as well as “how to videos” to ensure you are set up to start promoting your new items. How do I buy MEF products?

MEF is primarily sold factory direct from our manufacturing base in China. With almost limitless options in fabrications and finishes, we produce each order to your specifications and ship it by full container to your country’s port or directly to your door in the US and Canada. For customers not yet ready to purchase a full container—or for spare parts and last-minute needs—we maintain a rotating selection of in-stock inventory and best sellers at our Montreal warehouse. Since 2023, our North American production in Montreal has added exciting new capabilities. A selection of our collection is now manufactured locally, offering quick-ship options that are tariff-free for US customers and providing a convenient solution to global shipping delays for customers across the Americas and Europe. What is the average turn-around time for an order?

MEF product is not mass-produced and is for the most part all hand made to our specifications. Depending on time of year and influx of orders, typical lead times range from 8-16 weeks in addition to transit time from the factory to your warehouse. If you have a specific event date that you are trying to meet, we will let you know in advance the available options. Is there any training required?

MEF products work instantly. Items that require assembly for space savings are designed to go together without screws or tools and many components can be used on multiple products through our unmatched functionality. We offer instructional and maintenance videos in addition to factory tours to work with our product and understand it inside out.
